As you guys may know, our set date and time for kara runs is Wednesday, 19:00 server time. In an attempt to keep guild members informed and to avoid unecessary grudges, I have tried to fix two groups to raid kara at the given date and time.

1st Group:
Gror, Bjorwintwis / Divinefury - tanks
Herathia, Emily (currently on vacation), Healtock, Aelwan - healers.
Dimitrisfire, Woopz, Tinuilsime, Peekaboom, Twilock / Jakester - dps

This group has been fixed based on the following criteria: a) Gear (meaning pve gear ofc), b) Teamwork (most members have been raiding kara together for months), c) Experience. Note that replacements may be picked if needed.

As you may see, we are currently experiencing an issue with healing classes: Two of our main healers (Ragnar and Emily) are off at this moment and will be off for some time. The same applies for tanks: Most tanking classes of our guild currently appear to be pvp/dps specced and geared (in the armoury at least so correct me if I'm wrong). Therefore, the following second group may have to rely on randoms.

2nd Group:
Hokill, Bloodleak / [respecced guildy or random] - tanks
Papaditsa, Bestdruid, [respecced guildy or random] - healers
Arcimonde, Ophius / Melcor, Agezhot / Greeklord, Onkl, Beltane - dps

To all members: Please post your suggestions or corrections for a regular second kara group. Please be online at the given time to help your raids going. Please read boss tactics before entering a raid.

The group formations look nice to me and I believe that this is going to work alright! Rendevouz on Wednesday then and we ll see how it goes! All be online!

I don't seem to be a part of any group, and I wonder how I can get a spot?
My gear is neither bad nor good, as I think.
About 60% Epics and rest blues. Weps are epic ofc.
I do wanna improve my gear, but honor farming is not fun imo... xD
Bet I need to do it anyway.

I can see that your gear is far above average, at least for kara meters and you deserve a spot. Fixing groups can be a headache, especially while balancing melee/ranged dps spots. As the designated mellee dps spots are only 2, things become even more narrow (especially when we we have many dps classes but lack tanks & healers to form a regular 2nd group). I will try to rearrange groups a bit and see what I can do so that people who deserve a spot get one.

As certain members designated for our second group a) left the guild, b) were not on-line at the indicated date / time, initial groups will have to be modified as follows:

Group 1:
Tanks: Gror, Bjorgvintwis
Healers: Herathia, Timenious, Emily / Healtock / Random
Dps: Dimitrisfire / Beltane, Tinuilsime / Ophius, Peekaboom, Serzana, Woopz / Snoobel

Group 2:
Tanks: Bloodleak, Melithriel / random (Dimitrisfire may also join as MT if needed and if he agrees)
Healers: Rainda, Alakil / Aelwan / Papaditsa / random
Dps: Shadoho, Cenia, Arsien, Greeklord / Nikakis, Hokill

As already mentioned, scheduled date / time for Kara is Wednesday, 19:00 server time. Those not on-line at the indicated time will not be accepted later. So late spamming "inv plz" to the raid leaders will definitely will not get you invited.

Members of the first group will NOT get involved in setting up the second group. Hence, indicated members of the second group will have to undertake the responsibility to start invitations and get randoms, if needed.
